Our Privacy Policy applies to any Member or Visitor to our Services. Our registered users (“Members”) share their professional identities and find business and career opportunities.

Data Controllers and Contracting Parties
Biome Professionals will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services; you are entering into the User Agreement with Biome Professionals. Biome Professionals (“we” or “us”) can modify this Privacy Policy, and if we make material changes to it, we will provide notice through our Services, or by other means. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Registration
To create an account you need to provide data including your name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. If you wish to create a Premium Profile, you will need to provide payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information to complete the subscription.
Profile
You have choices about the information to include on your profile, such as your qualifications, work experience, skills, photo, and city and country. The more information you include in your profile will better advertise your services. Please do not add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.

Stay Connected
Our Services allow professionals in medical communications to stay in touch and up to date with other professionals and find business opportunities.
2.2 Premium Services
Our Premium services allow paying professionals to appear higher in searches. Costs of Premium services are provided on the website.
2.3 Communications
We will contact you through email, mobile phone, or notices posted on our website regarding information, new services, or the availability of our Services, security, or other service-related issues. We may also send messages about how to use the Services, network updates, reminders, and promotional messages from us. Please be aware that you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from us, including security and legal notices.
2.4 Advertising
We may allow ads on our Services. You cannot opt-out of seeing other ads on the website.
Info to Ad Providers
If you view or click on an ad on our site, the ad provider will get a signal that someone visited the page that displayed the ad, and they may through the use of mechanisms such as cookies determine it is you. Advertising partners can associate personal data collected by the advertiser directly from you with our cookies and similar technologies. Profile
Your profile is fully visible to all Members and customers of our Services.

We use others to help us provide our Services (e.g., maintenance, analysis, subscription payments, marketing, and development). They will have access to your information as reasonably necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

For Premium subscribers, not renewing your subscription does not mean that your account will be closed. Your account will be inactive and remain invisible in searches until your subscription is renewed.

4.3 Account Closure
